Option 1:
Write your response in the green section of your notebook labeled :
From THE WEEK magazine:  Text for 20 years from now.
An Austrailian website has begun transmitting text messages to Gilese 581 d, the closest planet outside our solar system that is likely to support life.  Since it'll take 20 years for the message to get there, what text message could we send that would be just as true in 20 years as it is now?

Option 2:

Write your response in the green section of your notebook labeled :
From THE WEEK magazine:  Multitasking.
We are multitasking like never before:  Walking while texting, phoning while driving, emailing while eating…Please devise a name for two or more tasks we now do simultaneously. 
Draw a picture also.

Option 3:

Write a letter from Roger to Ms Jones.  Pretend the letter is written at least 5 years after the end of the story.  It should be one page long and written like a formal letter.
