Important Things To Remember:

*  It is a Minnesota state law that all student's be up to date on there immunizations.  Student's entering the 7th grade must have a 2nd Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR), Tetanus and Diphtheria (Td) booster, Hepatitis B series (this is a three shot series) and the varicella vaccination (chicken pox or history of disease).

* All students must have a physical exam on file with the nurse in order to play sports.  The physical is good for three years from the date of the exam.
